Springs have provided life, hope and joy around the world. Our spring is no exception and we appreciate everyone of you who have taken the time to visit us. We know that people not only come to fill their containers with our mineral water, but most take time to visit our peaceful pools. This link between water and spirit is what makes our spring so special.
My wife and I live in Bedford and we discovered this beautiful source of clean natural spring water only recently. My wife has been struggling with serious health problems for a very long time. She has numerous allergies and has bad reactions to many things that the rest of us take for granted and do not think twice about. Water has always been something of a struggle for her, since the chlorine and other additives in municipal tap water have bothered her stomach.I found the Boston Clear Water Company online and I took her to the spring to fill some containers. She loved the water and the look of happiness on her face when she could drink it without her stomach becoming upset was something I will never forget. We recently found out about the issues that the Boston Clear Water Company is facing with their abutters. We are afraid that this amazing and historical spring will be shut down and no one will be able to benefit from the water again, including my sick wife.I would like to respectfully request that the Lynnfield ZBA consider how important this water is to people like my wife and to find a solution to allow us all to continue to enjoy it for years to come. I know that as a new customer, I would gladly pay more in order to continue to get this water.– Alex M.
I have very fond memories of visiting that spring as a child with my father, who has now passed. Closing the spring to the public would be such a heartbreaking travesty. The spring provides a connection for everyone to nature that is increasingly scarce in our busy industrial and computer driven world. For many of us it also provides a closer connection to family. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to shut down such a beautiful natural blessing. Please don’t allow this to occur.– Melita P.
My friends have come to the spring for years. I am writing on their behalf. I have come once and sensed the healing properties of the water and the place. Please Boston Clear Water open for the public. It is too precious not to be.– Maria C.
